Senior Medical Scientist (Haematology), required by TTM Healthcare, on behalf of an independent, acute care hospital based in North Dublin.
As Senior Medical Scientist in Haematology, you will be working in co-operation with the Chief Medical Scientist and Laboratory Manager to provide an efficient service to users ensuring that all standards are reached and that policies and procedures are followed and lead and co-ordinate scientific staff and/or support staff within the Laboratory.
You will also be supporting the Chief Medical Scientist in delivering the day-to-day service and developing and maintaining skills, knowledge and competencies appropriate to the post.

Key Requirements:
•MSc in Biomedical Science
•CORU registration or be in the process of CORU registration
•Minimum four years' relevant post-graduate laboratory experience in Haematology
•Experience of working with iLab Laboratory Information System is desirable
•Excellent planning and organisational skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff to reach their potential
•Experience of ISO15189 accreditation for laboratories
