1- Senior - North Dublin - Adolescent Inpatient Unit - Part time Permanent (.8WTE) 28 hours peer weeks
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join an esteemed multidisciplinary team in the Adolescent Inpatient Unit. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the mental health and well-being of young people aged between 15 and up to 18 years with severe and/or complex mental health issues.
2- Senior - South Dublin - Adult - Full time Permanent
This hospital provides treatment, care, and support to adults with severe and enduring mental health needs. They provide a high level of specialized care for people with complex mental health illness' including Huntington's disease, Alzheimers, Dementia and Schizophrenia .
Qualifications and Experience:
Doctoral level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
Full registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland or eligibility for such registration.
Qualifications from outside Ireland must have been validated by the Department of Health.
Substantial experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing therapeutic interventions in a mental health setting.
Previous experience in supervising and mentoring junior psychologists.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to research and service evaluation.
