Residential Services Manager/ PIC, Co. Louth
Contract: Full time Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: €50,193 - €59,299 per annum
Location: Co. Louth
TTM Healthcare are delighted to be partnered with a Disability Organisation based in Co. Louth who have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Services Manager on a permanent basis. This organisation work together with people living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism and addictions to ensure they live with dignity and realise their full potential. The Residential Services Manager will act as the Person in Charge of the service ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
The role of the Service Manager is to support staff, provide guidance and training for staff, to ensure that -all staff, people who use our services and volunteers are familiar with and can put into practice the principles of Personalisation. They are to maintain clear, accurate, timely and complete written records/ documentation and to general administration.

The Requirements:
- Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care
- Full driving licence with own car
- Excellent knowledge and experience with HIQA
- Willingness to work flexible hours required for the role including evening and weekend work.
