They are currently recruiting for a Residential Service Manager in Kilkenny.
As Residential Service Manager you will Manage the day-to-day running of the residential services. Support individuals to live in their own homes in the community. Lead and support a staff team including staff supervision and appraisal including, rotas, team meetings, debriefing, and training
Requirements:
Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
Level 6 in Management
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Intellectual Disability
3 years Supervisory or Management experience in Social Care
Full licence and access to own transport
