We are seeking to Recruit for 2 Regional Manager posts for this expansive , national and unique service.
The roles will involve management responsibility for upto 5 sites/communities and require a candidate with exceptional leadership and organisational skills and qualities.
Candidates must have the appropriate qualifications in Social Care or an acceptable equivalent as well as a management qualification and 5 years experience in a leader/manager role.
The purpose of this post is to take regional management responsibility for Designated Residential
Services, Day Services and Supported Living services, in supporting best practice in the delivery of
high-quality person-centered services and supports in line with legislation and to support and work closely with the head of services and be an active and integral part of the organisations development and strategy.
