We're currently recruiting for a Recruitment Team Leader to join our tribe within our Temporary Recruitment division based in Ennis. The role will involve overseeing day to day operational management and service delivery to a no. of large national accounts across both our Heath Care Assistant and Social Care desks. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates where sales is part of their DNA and have 2 years' minimum experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters who will manage the entire recruiting life cycle of our locum candidate bank from advertising, sourcing, screening, on boarding and fostering strong candidate relationship for current and future utilisation
• Ensure that the activity of the Recruitment team is seamlessly aligned to the changing needs of our national accounts.
• Manage the generation and throughput of sales leads derived from candidates to the sales teams.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to agree SLAs/KPIs and processes
• Estimate risks and apply risk minimising techniques to ensure business delivery expectations are met.
• Drive best in class recruiting and compliance practices and strategy
• Understand the tools, platforms and digital opportunities attract and connect with candidates.
• Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customised recruiting strategies.
• Meet key customer stakeholders regularly to understand their challenges and tailor our service delivery plan accordingly.
• Carry out work instructions in line with TTM healthcare processes and procedures and legislative requirements.
• Team communication, encourage, respect and lead the team with open communication.
• Achieving both personal and team KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have previous recruitment experience in a fast paced target driven environment either in a recruitment office or in a similar role.
• Have previous experience managing and growing a network of large / national accounts.
• Have previous team leader experience or be able to show a desire to step up to this level.
• Have previous experience working both individually and as part of a team to achieve goals within strict timeliness in a pressurised environment.
• Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
