TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager on behalf of a Private Hospital based in Dublin
Job Purpose:
To manage the Quality Management System in the Pathology Department. The fundamental philosophy guiding this position is to promote and preserve the companies Mission, Values and Ethos.
Key Requirements:
•BSc(Honours) in Medical Science- only ACSLM/CORU approved degrees can be considered
•7 year full time clinical experience (or an aggregate of four years' clinical experience) as a medical scientist in a clinical diagnostic laboratory since qualifying as a medical scientist, at least 2 of which must have been spent in a promotional grade
•Demonstrate evidence of Continuous Professional Development
•Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Key Skills
•Demonstrates excellent planning and organisational skills
•Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
•Ability to supervise and motivate staff
•Patience, diligence, and honesty.
•Advanced Competencies of Biomedical scientist
