TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our Client who Access Homeless and Drug Service offers a wide range of day services to Ireland's homeless and those living with addiction. There are numerous service and client activities, which result in several different roles and opportunities within the service, including outreach work, case work, harm reduction and youth work. The Project Worker role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic service which aims to provide holistic support to some of the most vulnerable in our society.

As a Project Worker you will meet the needs of the client group including, one to one key work interventions, assisting with issues around sensitive disclosures, delivering sanctions, and assisting with referrals to those deemed suitable for interventions. Provide needle exchange and harm reduction advise. Carry out administrative procedures in accordance with organisation policies. Ensure compliance with organisation policies to ensure consistent delivery of services and maintenance of quality standards.

Requirements:

Level 7 or above qualification in Social Care
2 years' experience in a Homeless or Drugs Services or relevant area
Full licence and access to own transport
