TTM Healthcare in connection with a well-established client in Dublin are recruiting for a Prevention Services Manager.
This role is full time for a 3-year contract.
Your role will be to manage and further develop the prevention service for our client and you will maximise the potential for reflexive learning and collaborative working across their three services.
You will use a Risk Need Responsibility (RNR) model which requires that services develop the means to respond to the criminogenic needs of people who have offended in a timely and efficient manner. These needs are dynamic and on occasion acute.
Qualifications Required:
•Qualified to post-graduate level in the field of social work and/or psychology and/or systemic psychotherapy
•Therapeutic training
Essential Experience:
•Experience of working with people with convictions for harmful sexual behaviour (min 3 years)
•Three years' experience of working in a management role supervising & line managing staff
•Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
•Experience of working in a therapeutic setting, providing therapeutic services
•Knowledge of Good Lives models, CoSA SORAM, risk assessment & risk management strategies,
