TTM Healthcare are excited to be partnered with one if Ireland's leading nursing home groups who are renowned for investing in the training and development of their employees training and development.
Two positions have become available for a Practice Development Facilitator with excellent experience, skills and knowledge for this expanding nursing home group.
This role will focus on the development of each nursing home in terms of staff knowledge, attitude and skills and on the development of all processes which ultimately affect resident care. This will involve working with each home in order to ensure that the care provided is in line with national standards whilst ensuring that it is also efficient and productive.
Competitive salary available (57k - 67k)and travel expenses will be included.
These are permanent full time roles working a 40 hour week Mon - Fri. Regional cover required.
Locations:
Post 1 - Ballina, Enniscrone and Belmullet
Post - 2 - Athlone, Roscommon, Longford and Knock.
Education and Qualifications:
• Be registered on the live register of Nurses maintained by An Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (Nursing Midwifery Board Ireland)
and
• Have at least five years (5) post registration experience of nursing including a minimum of two years (2) experience/involvement in clinical management, practice development, education or quality improvement.
and
•Hold a relevant post graduate award at level 9 (Masters Degree) and
•Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability)
•Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience/involvement in residential care for older people.
