PIC Residential Service Manager
Contract: Full-time Permanent Position 39hrs
Shift, evening, weekend and on call hours will be involved in this role.
Salary: €50,652 to €59,153

They are currently recruiting for a PIC Residential Service Manager in Kilkenny.
As PIC Residential Service Manager, you will Manage the day-to-day running of the residential services. Support individuals to live in their own homes in the community. Lead and support a staff team including staff supervision and appraisal including, rotas, team meetings, debriefing, and training.

- Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Nursing Qualification
- Level 6 in Management
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Intellectual Disability
- 3 years Supervisory or Management experience in Social Care
- Full licence and access to own transport
