TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector based in Dublin 20 to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA GIV Clerical Officer) for immediate start.
Full time- 35 hours a week
Initial 6 month temporary placement- Please note this does not supersede the existing T&C's as outlined in your contract of employment.
Pay scale is from €17.68- €27.98 depending on relevant and verified previous public sector experience
This role is a PA role please see job description below,
·Monitor Email inbox
·Acknowledgement of emails, including triage of correspondence received ensuring responses are issued in a timely fashion
·Maintaining correspondence log of all communications coming into the office
·Distribute queries/tasks to relevant Personnel
·Keeping track of reports/information request deadlines and sending reminders re responses.
·Scheduling/organising/managing meetings
·Organising meeting packs/documentation
·Preparing and issuing Agenda's and meeting minutes
·Update relevant action logs
·Administration
·Dealing with phone queries
·Drafting letter, emails, correspondence on behalf of AND
·Preparing presentations.
The successful candidate must have experience of: Diary management, database management, be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
