We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant & Office Administrator for the organisation Broadlake.
The role is a permanent post and will be based on full time 37.5 hours per week, working Monday -Friday 9-5.30. The organisation and Head office are based in Rathmines South Central Dublin.We are looking for a motivated, smart, hardworking addition to our team. The successful candidate will work directly with all members of the Broadlake team.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Support the team in various capacities with any routine queries business support tasks.
• Task orientated role across multiple areas within the business including support to the CEO.
• Creating presentations and reports when required.
• Assisting with the organisation of events and team building activities under direct report of the Brand & Events Executive.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with day-to-day business activities.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate ownership, tracking and follow through to resolution on all queries and issues.

Qualifications and Skills
• 2+ years office admin experience preferred but not required.
• Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills and demonstrate a passion for delivering excellence.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications.
• Good understanding of organisational compliance and company secretarial tasks.
• Confident, approachable and a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• High level of initiative and self-motivation.
• Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature.
