Person In Charge/ Social Care Leader, Galway City
Contract: Full-time permanent
Salary: €45,944 - €53,838.50
Location: Galway City

Services provided are: day, residential, short breaks, community supports, rehabilitative training and multi-disciplinary supports. The ethos of service provision is underpinned by their Vision, Mission, Core Values and Strategic Plan, which is to empower people with disabilities to live self-directed lives in an equal and inclusive society. They are currently recruiting for a Person In Charge/ Social Care Leader on a fulltime permanent basis.
The role include both management and on the floor activity within the residential home.
Requirements:
• A relevant management qualification.
• A proven track record of managing a residential service which meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements.
• A proven track record of budget management.
• Experience of report writing, personal support plans, people and roster management.
• Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of legislative/regulatory requirements and responsibilities.
