Person in Charge - Physical and Sensory disabilities

Contract:Full Time Permanent 30-35 hours per week
About
Our client is situated in the southeast of cork close to the city centre, Our client provides services to Adults with Physical and or Sensory Disabilities. This enables people to live the life of their choice to its fullest potential. It is the aim of the service to promote independence and to maximise quality of life through person centred principles, promoting dignity, respect and the engagement of each service user.
Our client is looking for a Person in Charge to join them on a full-time basis. The PIC will be over 10 residents and will have the support of 12 dedicated Staff along with the service managers. This post is Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
Requirements
• Candidates must be familiar with the Health Act 2007 also The National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities
• Candidates must hold a Degree in Nursing, Social Care or other relevant qualifications i.e. Health Management Qualification (Minimum Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualification)
• Candidates must have a minimum of three years Managerial Experience within the Health Sector.
• Candidates must hold a full clean Driving licence.
