Our client, Attuned Programmes Ireland, have an exciting opportunities for a Person in Charge to lead an Adult Residential Service located within 15 minutes from Wicklow Town.

The Person in Charge will lead a dedicated and innovative team in a respite-based house providing high quality, person-led support to people with a range of intellectual abilities and/or diagnosis of ASD, within a quality framework. The Person in Charge will be highly motivated and have an interest in playing an active role in service development, while working with a structured and supportive team.

Essential Criteria:
- Level 8 Honours Degree in Applied Social Studies or equivalent is preferable for this post
- 5 years experience in a social care setting
- At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility
- Understanding of HIQA Standards and guidance within Respite or Residential service setting
- Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing and planning skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Level 7 degree in Applied Social studies with a relevant management qualification
- A full clean driving licence is desirable.
