We are currently looking to recruit a Person in Charge for a well established service in Galway.
The successful candidate will need to be social care qualified and have 3 years supervisory experience.
The role will allow a passionate and ambitious leader to grow and develop within a large and progressive organistion.
The residential service in question has an experienced and stable team of 8 Social Care workers who look after a settled and thriving residential unit with 6 service users and support and relief staff.
The role will allow the Person in Charge to continue doing front line work and effective time to do the administration required which allows insight into the working of the unit and its staff at all times therefore allowing the leader to manage and lead most effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity and requires drive enthusiasm and flexibility.
