TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with a leading healthcare organisation across the midlands to hire multiple Office Support staff in Laois, Offaly, and Westmeath. TTM has an outstanding track record of supporting our staff, offering market-leading pay rates and progression opportunities.
We are working closely with Healthcare centres in this area to provide Medical Secretaries, Ward Clerks, Accounts assistants, IT Specialists, Data Analyst and General office administration support across multiple grades and disciplines. Contract lengths range from one to six months with a possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role which fits you best your responsibilities will change. General responsibilities include:
• Understanding hospital administrative procedures
• Communicating with colleagues to ensure work is provided at a high level of competency,
• Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations,
• Conducting a good phone manner
• Willingness to learn hospital CRM and data policies.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must have:
• Experience in one of the above disciplines.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent Administration Skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively, and interact with all levels of the organisation
• Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft office suites.
