We're currently recruiting for a Office Administrator / Facilities Coordinator join our tribe and to work in our HQ in Ennis.


You will be responsible for:

• Reception duties.
• IVR overflow from recruitment floor
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post/couriers etc
• Maintaining office, kitchen and janitorial supplies
• Coordinating and tracking One4all vouchers and other incentive programmes
• Coordinate maintenance and contractors
• WOW and Wellness fruit initiatives
• Daily walk through building, highlighting and resolving issues.
• Daily check of functions and equipment
• Office equipment orders, repairs and maintenance
• General office POs and invoice processing
• Meeting Room Management
• Travel & Hotel Bookings
• Point of contact for cleaning staff
• Vending Machine
• Assist with company events i.e. Christmas parties & Away Days
• Management and tracking of fobs/Keys
• Ergonomic Assessments
• Fire Marshall
• First Aid Responder
• Covid Protocols within HQ
• Any other duties as and when required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to work in a highly competitive environment requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure.
• Communicate and build relationships throughout the group.
• Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
