To provide a high-quality Occupational Therapy service to children and adults with Occupational Therapy requirements within the organisation and to identify, implement and evaluate appropriate training programmes
Requirements:
Essential
• Diploma/Degree/Masters in Occupational Therapy or its equivalent.
• Fully registered or registration in process with CORU
• Access to a car and full driving licence
Desirable
• Training in Sensory Integration.
• Competent in parent, client and staff training.
• Children First Training.
• Have an awareness of restrictive practice and positive risk assessment.
• Seating and Posture Management assessment and intervention.
• Experience in Sensory Integration Standardized Assessments such at Touch Inventory, COMPS, COP, SOSI-M, COPr, MABC-2, SP-3D.
