TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Nurse Practice Development Manager on behalf of a South Dublin based Psychiatric Hospital.
This is a full time permanent role working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Job purpose
•The Nurse Practice Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the development and management of evidence-based best nurse practice and is responsible for the development and management of all undergraduate and postgraduate clinical nursing education in conjunction with University College Dublin and others as required.
Qualifications:
•Current Active Registration on the psychiatric division of the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (essential).
•Minimum of 5 years post registration clinical experience, at least three of which must be at management level(essential).
•Bachelor Degree in Nursing (essential).
•Master's Degree in nursing, management or related area (desirable) or commitment to obtain a Master's Degree if permanently appointed
•Evidence of post registration education and professional development.
