Director of Nursing Opportunities - Nationwide
Location: Various Locations Ireland
Salary: €70,000 to €100,000

Our clients are a mixture of Independent and Group Homes all offering exquisite and exclusive packages. Each home has exceptional staffing inc mixture of CNM, Staff Nurses and HCA's. These homes are offering support to understanding to the Director of Nursing.
Our clients understand the pressures and strains on a Director of Nursing particularly when it comes to Staffing and HIQA. Each home offers unique and tailored support to the Director of Nursing and aim to eliminate these pressures and stresses.
Position's locations - Full time Perm
• Dublin
• Sligo
• Cork
• Galway
• Tipperary
• Kildare
Each home differs in size from a 30 bed right up to 120 beds, All have excellent HIQA reports in common.
Benefits

• Salary €70,000 to €100,000
• On Call Bonus - All shared
• Weekends - All Shared between management
Requirements
• Must be a registered nurse with the NMBI
• Possess strong leadership skills - Ideally a QQI 6 in Leadership and Management
• Must 3 years' experience caring for the older person in a management capacity
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, relatives/visitors, employees, management and external bodies e.g. GPs, hospitals, HSE, HIQA, etc.
