TTM Healthcare are currently working with one of Ireland's Leading Private Healthcare Providers based in Kerry, in search of Staff Grade Medical Scientists for their Multidisciplinary Lab
As a Medical Scientist, duties will include playing a key role in the organisation, delivery, and development of the service, participating in future development of the Laboratory Service, and assisting in leading and training a team of skilled staff, as well as identifying and implementing operational processes to the standards of best practice' in order to optimise use of resources.
Key Requirements:
•BSc in Biomedical Science - only ACSLM/CORU approved degrees can be considered
•CORU registration
•High capacity for responsibility and individual initiative
•Be able to demonstrate a patient focused approach
•Multidisciplinary Laboratory and/or Molecular Biology experience desirable but not essential.
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Possess a good knowledge of quality improvement initiatives
