TTM Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client who are looking to recruit a Liaison Nurse for their newly opened 90+ bed residential care facility based in Dublin.
The hours would be from 8am-4pm/4.30 depending on how busy the day was and would be 35 -40 hours per week with a hourly rate would depend on experience around €23 - €24 per hour.
The Liaison Nurse will oversee the care of short-term residents under a HSE contract. The role will involve developing care plans, assessing admissions; working closely with residents, their families and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care as they move back to their own homes or into a long-term care facility.
This position offers full flexibility on a daytime schedule and would suit a charismatic nurse with nursing home or home care experience who is looking for a daytime position with a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities of this Clinical Liaison Nurse job include:
Working closely with the HSE, patients and their families
Responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of standards of care.
What you need to be considered for this Clinical Liaison Nurse job:
A charismatic personality with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
Some acute nursing experience would be a distinct advantage
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Active NMBI Registration
