We are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to join our People & Culture team in our HQ in Ennis, Co.Clare.

Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
• To provide day-to-day HR administration, co-ordination and support across all HR areas such as HR administration, recruitment, employment law compliance, performance, employee relations/grievances & discipline.
• Works closely with the Management Team across all levels of the business to support and drive HR initiatives and improvements
• Administer all HR-related documentation including statements of employment, social welfare forms, references, housing applications, Salary Certs etc.
• Assist with the full Recruitment and Selection process and associated activities e.g. interview scheduling, interviews, reference checks, offer letters, issuing of contract of employment, induction and onboarding process.
• Lead the investigation of grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures in conjunction with designated line managers / HR Manager ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns and issues.
• Support HR Manager and Team in relation to employee ligation and
WRC cases
• Supporting employees and management on any human resource issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner.
• Support with delivery of internal HR communications activity business wide.
• Ensure the relevant HR database/files are up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR legislation.
• Contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy by putting forward views opinions and suggestions that positively impact on the ability of the team to help the business succeed.
• Delivery of Induction and other similar training sessions.
• Issue employee contracts and addendums to contracts
• Other adhoc duties

What you need to succeed?
• CIPD certified
• Diploma/Degree/Masters in HR
• Passion for working with others
• Willingness to learn and develop
