TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Limerick has a vacancy for a HR Generalist for a temporary 6 month contract with immediate start during this covid pandemic.


  • Ensure a smooth experience and quick resolution of queries
  • Ensuring the correct processes are in place to support business needs
  • Employee Development - Support managers with the development of their teams (individual and team level) ensuring the right skills and competencies are in place. Support managers with performance management within the business. Involvement with internal training programmes as appropriate.
  • Employee Engagement - Understand employee satisfaction levels and dynamics within the business and drive employee engagement projects and initiatives (i.e. optimising works councils, reviewing attrition and implementing retention strategies - site and company level).
  • Team Working Works collaboratively and encourages cross disciplinary working between teams
  • Effective Communicator both written and orally, with a proven ability to deliver professional presentations. The accuracy of data maintenance, data analysis, data communication and presentation is essential.
  • Establish effective relationships at all levels essential

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, processes and analytics in a regulated fast-paced environment.
• Experience communicating and influencing with management at all levels and a technically focused work force.
• Experience influencing business leaders with sound recommendations for improvement or change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organisation essential.
• High level of influencing skills required utilising problem-solving, critical thinking skills and methodologies to garner support.
• High level of personal motivation & initiative required working at times without all the desired information or direction.
• Results focused and time management skills essential
• Proactive knowledge sharing essential.
• Proven track record of working with integrity, fairness & being right-minded essential.
