The HR Director's role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. The HR Director will be develop, advise and act upon policies relating to the most effective use of an organisation's staff.

- Business Management / Human Resources Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Management
- 5+ years experience in Social care
- Experience and understanding of Children & Adult Residential Services Desirable
