Agency Household Supervisor - Acute Hospital Setting Kilkenny
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Household Supervisor - Initial 3 month contract - Full Time
THE BACKGROUND:
As the National Supplier of Temporary and Permanent staff to the HSE, we are now looking to increase our locum panel in Co. Kilkenny. We are proud to have partnered with St. Lukes Hospital Kilkenny, located on Freshford Road, Friarsinch, Kilkenny. Our team currently work across multiple wards and locations across this hospital providing support to all general support staffing divisions.
The location is well provided for by public transport. A number of Bus Eireann
Interested applicants must be available for a mixture of day shifts between Monday and Sunday.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job is for a Household Supervisor on an initial 3-month contract and candidates would need to be flexible and available for a range of shifts, throughout the week. Your role would involve working as part of a team to provide a quality service to meet the needs of the hospital while guided by other senior staff. The role consists of staff supervision and cleaning audits, experience in this field is a distinct advantage.
Your Educational Responsibilities:
This role does not require a formal qualification and would be experienced based.
Your Communication Responsibilities:
Fluent written and spoken English and excellent report writing skills.
Your Health and Safety Responsibilities:
In order to work in a Healthcare setting you must have the appropriate level of medical clearance. Candidates will need an up to date fit to work certificate from their doctor.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
• Experience in hospitality/housekeeping supervision roles.
• Must have eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Have a minimum of 3 months recent experience
• Have fluent written & spoken English.
• Fit to work certificate
• Must have (or be willing to complete) training as required.
