The primary purpose of this role is to lead, model and coordinate support to residents in the Community's residential household(s) providing a safe homely environment where each resident has access to comprehensive, person-centred and holistic personal support.
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
• Social Care degree or related
• Experience in leadership / management in a social care setting
• full clean drivers licence
