Home Care Coordinator- Limerick and Clare Home Care Services
Contract: Purpose Only (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary: €19- €23 p/h depending on experience

TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with Ireland's leading organisation who work across the country in the heart of local communities providing dementia specific services and advocating for the rights of people affected by dementia to quality supports and services. This is a national non-profit organisation and is person- centered, rights-based and grassroots led with voice of the person with dementia and their carer at its core. We are currently recruiting a Home Care Coordinator for their services in Limerick and Clare.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the home care service in Limerick and Clare, assessing the needs of clients and carers, assigning staff to clients based on their needs and reviewing these assignments regularly.

- Monday - Friday 39 hours per week
- Mileage covered for travel
The Requirements:
- Diploma in Health Service Management or equivalent qualification
- A full driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience of working in a caring environment preferably caring for people with dementia, older people or people who have learning disabilities is essential.
- Previous experience or an understanding of managing people or a service is essential
- Good communication, organisational and administrations skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
