Are you a Registered General Nurse who is seeking an opportunity to work 4 days from home and one day on site in an office based role?

TTM Healthcare have partnered with one of Ireland's leading Health Insurance companies to recruit a Healthcare Concierge Nurse.

This is a maternity leave post starting from July 2023 to July 2024.

Salary is 45k per annum.

The Role:
The primary function of the Healthcare Concierge will be to engage with members, over the phone, by e-mail, web-chat , online and potentially onsite in companies, to provide support and assistance with typical healthcare questions, from healthcare services and medical information to utilisation of their benefits to support their health and wellbeing journey. The Healthcare Concierge will provide effective and efficient medical information, clarification, support, direction and guidance and ultimately empower our member to make informed decisions on their healthcare journey. The Healthcare Concierge will act as a support to members and fostering awareness of relevant and appropriate services and will be required to act proactively as well as reactively; both pre- and post-diagnosis, or pre- and post-admission.

Requirements:
BSc in General Nursing or Higher
3 + years hands on General Nursing clinical experience
Must be on the register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Specialist experience desirable
Customer Service experience also desirable
