Healthcare Assistant - Elderly Care setting - North Tipperary
TTM Healthcare have a great opportunity for Healthcare Assistants to work with an elderly care provider in North Tipperary.
The care home is mid-sized, with a great team environment.
Due to seasonal staffing pressures, they require several TTM agency Healthcare Assistants to commit to continuous shifts within the home. The home will book you in advance according to your availability for 3 to 4 shifts per week. This will consist of both day and nights shifts, but the requirement is primarily for day shifts.
We have very attractive pay rates available, which are above market norms to ensure we retain the best staff! These pay rates will be discussed after your application.
The mandatory qualifications and trainings are as follows:
- Full FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support / Pre-Nursing (all 8 modules, 120 credits)
- Patient Moving & Handling
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
- Fire Safety Awareness
- Infection Prevention & Control
