I have an available opportunity for 2 full time Support Workers to work within existing residential services in Meath. This role is available on a full time basis and is ideally suited to a Support Worker with previous disability experience.

Overview of role:
§The successful candidate will be required to manage the care of assigned clients
§Update the manager of any changes that occur
§Maintain professional confidentiality, ensuring all clinical and legal documents are accurate and legible
§Use discretion and decision making regarding patient care, referring appropriately to your assigned Manager
§Responsible for continuous personal and professional development
Requirements:
§FETAC Level 5
§Minimum of 6 months experience
