THE OPPORTUNITY:
Grade VII Project Lead - NiSRP : Limerick

THE BACKGROUND:
TTM Healthcare in partnership with the HSE are currently recruiting a Grade VII Project Lead who will manage the implementation of the National integrated Staff Records and Pay (NiSRP). Working closely with Sap Teams and wider HR Team the post holder will integrate change management activities with a particular focus on the people aspects of change into project plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Lead on the implementation of NiSRP to ensure it delivers the agreed outcomes on time and on budget. Take on supervisory responsibility to work with others in the organisation to deliver on the agreed programme of work.
·Focus on people and cultural change by improving readiness and addressing resistance, assessing the impact for people and developing appropriate interventions
·Report on project progress using appropriate management tools
·Build change capacity as a change coach for senior leaders and managers at all levels in helping them fulfil the role of change leader / sponsor as they support their direct reports to the transition to NiSRP.


Skills Required
·Significant experience of working in an operational / shared services environment using SAP HR.
·Significant experience of delivering change in a complex environment, including experience in introducing new technologies and efficiencies, as relevant to this role.
·A track record of managing a team and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
·Ability to influence, reframe and negotiate, working with teams /services to openly address conflict, find common interests, explore solutions and seek resolutions
