Permanent Position
Part Time - 28 hours per week - 4 days a week
Pay scale in line with HSE point of scale: €49,091 - €59,914 - depending on previous public sector experience. If you do not have previous public sector experience, you will begin on Point 1 of the scale.

Duties & Responsibilities
The post holder will be required to undertake all duties associated with managing and processing the hospital pension/superannuation schemes, including but not limited to:
- Work closely with the HR Team on the management and processing of the relevant Superannuation schemes
- Assist the continued roll out and development of the HR Management Information systems
- Manage the Superannuation function by providing expert advice and support to all employees
- Process relevant superannuation registrations and terminations for employees
- Meet and advise retirees on superannuation benefits
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Relevent 3rd level qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
- Have experience of working with the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme/Single Public Service Pension Schemes, policies & procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication ability
- Have experience in report writing and analysing information in a large complex organisation
- Excellent administrative and organisational and numeric skills including competency in MS Office and IT systems
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Solid understanding of pension/superannuation, particularly in public sector organisations
- Experience in general HR/Payroll and experienced in HR software systems desirable
