Grade VI Clerical Admin Business Information & Data Analysis
THE BACKGROUND:
As the National Supplier of Temporary and Permanent staff to the HSE, we are proud to have partnered with National Ambulance Service. We are seeking to recruit Business Analysts to support the Business and Data Analytics team by supporting strategic service developments in line with service demands.
Purpose of Post
·To support the Business Intelligence function within Informatics so that effective clinical, business and operational data/reports are available as required.
·To develop clinical dashboards within Business Warehouse for National, Corporate and Regional reporting.
Candidates Knowledge
·A relevant Level 8 qualification on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland, (QQI).
·Have significant experience of working in the area of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics including data modeling and publishing analytics reports
·Have significant experience of working in the area of SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server Databases,
·Have a good working knowledge of the NIS Directive
·Knowledge of analytic applications such as IBM Cognos, IBM SPSS, Power BI, MS Access. MS Excel, Crystal Reports, ARCGIS and or Mapinfo.
·Knowledge/experience in examining data and creating solutions to deal with data issues including duplication, missing records and corrupted data.
·In depth knowledge and understanding of data analytics.
·Excellent MS Office skills to include, Word and PowerPoint
