TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Director of Nursing on behalf of Ireland's leading Care Home provider based in Cork City.
This is a 65+ bedded care home facility that boasts an excellent support structure for the Directors of Nursing and staff.

Role Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of resident care.
• Enhance the person-centered approach.
• Lead and manage an enthusiastic team to work to their potential.
• Work with the Director of Quality and Innovation and Director of Nursing colleagues to develop policies, programmes and evidence-based practice.
• Conduct internal audits
• Initial induction of staff and ongoing training and development of staff
• Encouragement of innovative practice
• Ensuring implementation and adherence to Company and HIQA standards.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience of Nursing Management in Care of the elderly within the last 6 years.
• Post-registration management qualification (QQI Level 6 minimum)
• Currently registered with NMBI
• Proven track record of clinical, leadership and people skills
• Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations and the 'HEALTH ACT 2007'
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Proven track record in decision-making ability
• Qualification in Gerontology is desirable
