TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Director of Nursing for the Roscommon area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an independent nursing home.
It is a 50+ bedded facility and boasts a low staff turnover and excellent HIQA reports.
A competitive salary is on offer along with accommodation in the form of an apartment for €400 per month including utility bills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to relocate.
Requirements:
•Post registration management qualification in healthcare.
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in at a senior level management capacity in health and social care area.
•Registered on appropriate part of NMBI live register.
•Proven track record in healthcare clinical management.
•Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
•Sound decision making ability and results driven.
•Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
•Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
•Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the company
