TTM Healthcare are hiring a Director of Care to lead Attuned Programmes Ireland as they continue to establish their organisation as a centre of excellence for the provision of bespoke residential care services in Ireland.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this is an excellent opportunity to lead an organisation which genuinely makes a difference in the lives of the children, young people and adults in our clients' care.
The Director of Care will have overall responsibility for the efficient operations of the Attuned Programmes Ireland residential care services. They will formulate and implement the strategic vision of the organisation, guiding and maintaining oversight of the social care teams and some auxillary teams to ensure all are delivering their roles, thus providing high-quality, trauma-informed person-centred care.
Experience and qualifications
• Proven track record of achievement and outcomes in leadership and management at a senior level.
• Degree level qualification or higher in Social Care/Social Work
• Degree level qualification in business desirable
• 10 Years' experience working in Residential care setting
• Experience in Managing Disability Services
• Excellent business acumen and financial awareness backed up by proven awareness of therapeutic services and a solid track record.
