The overall responsibility of the Deputy Team Leader will be to ensure the smooth running of a residential unit along with other members of the management team (Team Leader & Person in Charge.
The Deputy Team Leader is the go to person & a person that leads by example. They will use their experience and knowledge to assist the support workers with their duties.
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
• Social Care degree or related discipline
• 2 years' experience in a social care setting
• Leadership abilities
• full clean drivers licence
Location: Togher, Cork.
Job-Type: Permanent
Salary: €24529 to €36680 (Depending on Experience)
