TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Ennis has a vacancy for a Credit Controller position for a 3-month contract with immediate availability.
I have a 3month Credit Controller role in Ennis.
Remote working available.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 37.5 hour working week.
Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the day-to-day duties of the Credit Controller are varied and include managing the debtors, ensuring timely payments are made, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of customers
• Ensuring timely payment of debts
• Following up payments as needed
• Creating sales invoicing
• Processing and reconciliation of invoices
• Reconciliation of Invoice Discounting
• Escalation of Aged Debt where required
• Liaising with Heads of Division where necessary
• Preparation of client statements where required
• Attend annual SLA meetings with the Sales team
• Other ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications and skills
• Trainee accountant or IATI qualified
• Strong Excel sills
• Strong Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information
• Highly analytical
