Locum Covid Tester positions available
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Locum Covid Testers - Clare, Limerick, North Tipp
ASAP start
THE BACKGROUND:
At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with HSE CHO 3.
They have exciting opportunities for Covid Testers for a 39-hour working week, 5 over 7. Part-time hours may also be considered on a Monday-Friday basis only.
Full training will be provided on-site.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overall responsibility within this role;
● Set up testing site and gathering required provided supplies
● Review of client list
● Explain to each client; reason for testing, the procedure, and answer questions
● Register clients on the Oregon Health Authority COVID-19 Testing Portal and the facility spreadsheet
● Label specimen collection cards with client ID
● Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (provided)
● Collect the anterior nasal specimen and follow testing guidelines for BinaxNow
● Consistently read the test cards 15 minutes following collection
● Document test results on the OHA portal and facility spreadsheet
● Follow algorithm as indicated by test result and client condition for notification of supervising staff and need for confirmatory testing
● Oversee client flow through the collection station, assuring efficient workflow (Goal 4-6 clients/hour)
● Sanitize worksheet after each client; disinfect workspace at end of testing session; dispose of hazardous waste and store supplies; notify supervising staff of need to restock supplies
