We are hiring for a Compliance Officer to work with our Compliance Team in our Ennis office. This is a hybrid role and will involve both days working from our Ennis HQ and from home.


You'll be responsible for:

• Expiring Docs Report- to include checking all essentials & assist with information regarding booking training on TTM website.
• Verify certificates and all other file essentials & attach accordingly.
• Check New Starter Report.
• Check Time Sheet Report.
• Reporting any breaches.
• Instruct follow through with pulling from shift where appropriate.
• Implement pay roll blocking process where appropriate.
• QC Spot Check.
• Share point spot check re Start Dates.
• Ensure Compliance Library is current through discussions with relevant depts.
• GV Process-Application, Review & Return.
• Process GV Copy Requests.
• Pin Checks.
• Audit Assist
• Volume Project Support
• Other adhoc duties

The Ideal Candidate

• Ability to work in a highly competitive environment requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure
• Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and Outlook
