Community Staff Nurse positions Leinster
I have some exciting opportunities for experienced RGN's to work in some Community Based positions in the Leinster region. The successful nurses will work as part of a community/field based team and will manage their own case load of patients. 50% of your time will be spent on visiting patients at home while the remaining 50% of your time will be allocated to clinic based nursing work.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, out going nurses to join the team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing clinical services to patients in an effective and caring manner in the comfort of their own home. The same principles apply for the provision of care in the clinic based setting. On that basis, the nurse must be confident, sociable and trustworthy as there will be a lot of autonomy with the position.
This is a full time permanent position and nurses must have a full clean drivers licence.

Key Competencies:
- Cannulation and Phlebotomy skills are essential
- Evidence of IV therapy experience
- Wound care experience also required
- Effective administrator with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Strong IT skills
