Staff Nurse Required for Community Based Services supporting children and adults with intellectual disability and/or autism in a number of places in Cork City and County.
Salary: €30,682 - €46,797 - HSE Payscale
Annual Leave: 35 Days per annum

TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with non-profit organisation who provide comprehensive community-based services to people with an intellectual disability. Our Client provide a wide range of support for people with varying needs across residential settings, day services, supported independent living, job advocacy and vocational training. They are currently recruiting for Staff Nurse on a full-time permanent basis across all services.
The role of the Staff Nurse is to assist the Community Services Managers in the development, implementation, and delivery of quality customer focus and cost-effective support to service users.
Aims and Objectives.
Maintain and improve the quality of service experienced by our residents.
To provide ongoing training to all our staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
To seek resident's involvement in all future planning and development
Nurse Duties
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
To be professionally accountable for providing acceptable standards of care.
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
Requirements
• Be registered in the with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland Maintained
• Ideally have previous experience with the ID sector
NOTE : This client has a set roster that covers days , nights, and weekends 8/8 with 1 hour lunch and its alternating weekends
An example for once of the rosters is :-
Week 1
Monday: 8am-8pm
Tuesday: 8am-8pm
Friday: 1.30pm-8pm
Saturday: 8am-8pm
Sunday:8am-8pm
Week 2
Wednesday: 8am-8pm
Thursday:8am -8pm
Friday: 8am-2pm
