TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a CNM2 for our client based in North Kildare. Our client supports individuals with intellectual disabilities to be active participants within the community that they live. TTM Healthcare invites applications for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 2/PIC based in the North Kildare area to provide support to individuals with an intellectual disability within Residential and Community Residential Services.
The successful candidate must be:
• On current register as maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland and preferably possess the RNID qualification
• Have at least 5 years post registration experience of which 2 must be in the area of Intellectual Disability
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management role in health/social care and Strong clinical, managerial and administrative skills evident in previous roles
• Management qualification or the ability to demonstrate that a management module has formed part of qualifications/studies or willingness to complete same
• A commitment to supporting residents to live fulfilled lives in their community
• Able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and work effectively with a range of disciplines/professions
• Demonstrate evidence of continued commitment to professional development
• Excellent communication skills essential
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant Health Act Regulations, HIQA standards and all other relevant legislation.
• Full clean manual driving license and access to own vehicle
