TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a CNM2, Person in Charge to join the team in the South County Limerick . The person appointed would be in charge of two residential services and they would report to an Area Manager. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00pm to 5.00am.
This position is covering 2 consecutive maternity leave posts staring immediately and will run for approximately 18 months.
JOB GOAL:
To manage the residence and to listen to, learn from, support and work to achieve the priorities of
the residents in line with The National Standards for Residential Services Children and Adults with
Disabilities 2013-[ (Health Care Act 2007 (Care and support of residents in designated centres
for persons (children and adults) with disabilities)regulations 2013]. To provide them with a home-from-
home in accordance with the Foundation's Mission Statement To provide people with disabilities the
opportunity to live the life of their choice to their fullest potential

Applicants will be required to have:

•Not less than five years' experience working with children/adults with an intellectual disability in a residential setting.
•Proven managerial skills with not less than three years' experience at management level and an appropriate management qualification to Fetac/QQ1 level 6 or equivalent.
•Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a staff team effectively.
•Experience of managing residential budgets.
•A detailed knowledge of HIQA.
•Up to date NMBI registration essential.
