TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a CNM1 in Tipperary for our client who provides, Residential Services, Day Services and respite services to people with an Intellectual Disability. We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.

CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 1
Permanent Contract Full Time 39hpw
Requirements-
NMBI Registration essential. RNID - Essential
Full Clean Driving Licence - Essential
Applicants should:
Be registered with NMBI, RNID is essential.
Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent is desirable
Have experience of working with people who have an intellectual disabilities and dual diagnosis in the are of mental health, autism and behaviour of concern and complex needs
Have minimum of two years experience at staff nurse level
Have previous experience of working closely with families and members of the MDT is essential
Have proven organisational, leadership, interpersonal and teambuilding skills
Have knowledge of the HIQA regulations and the role of person participating in management
Full Clean Driving Licence and driving of service vehicles is essential
