Clinical Specialist Radiographer (MRI) Required by TTM Healthcare Solutions, on behalf of a JCI accredited private hospital, based in South-East Ireland.
The purpose of the post is to provide a quality patient focused radiographic service to all patients attending the hospital in line with professional best practice and hospital guidelines, policies and procedures. The post holder will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and treatment in a planned and coordinated manner as part of the Radiology and wider Multi-Disciplinary Team. He/she will ensure the provision of a high-quality service in accordance with professional standards of practice.
This is a full-time permmanent post with excellent salary and benefits.
Essential Criteria
• BSc Diagnostic Radiography.
• Possess a recognised postgraduate course (NFQ Level 9) or equivalent and have no less than 2 years practical clinical experience working in MRI.
• Qualification must be recognised and registered on the Radiography Division of the Radiographers Register maintained by CORU.
• Have 6 years fulltime (or an aggregate of 6 years) post qualification clinical experience.
• Experience in a hospital environment is essential.
• Up to date BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of RIS, PACS, Medi-web, CR and DR systems and associated technology.
• A proficiency in other computing and digital technology areas.
• Be caring and empathise with patients.
• Be an excellent communicator.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Good orientation skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
