TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Theatre Services (Orthopaedic and Spinal) on behalf of an acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements:
•Registration with NMBI
•Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
•Minimum five years post graduate theatre nursing experience essential
•Up to date knowledge and experience of theatre practises in particular
•Previous experience in orthopaedic and spinal services
•Minimum three years experience in a people management role
•Management qualification preferable
•Proven leadership and change management skills
•Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
•Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
•Vision of development of service
